A $100.00 deposit is required to guarantee your date. Deposits are nonrefundable if cancellation occurs, but may be applied to a future date during the same racing season, provided a two (2) week notice is given prior to your date. All guarantees and payments in full are required ten (10) days prior to your function. Group Events Contract.
