q                  Open to all U.S. residents 18 years of age or older.  Valid photo identification is required.

q                  Reward points are earned when the card is inserted properly into an Autotote or Sam machine.  Your account number must be printed on the mutuel ticket in order to earn points.  If you question whether your card is working properly, please see a mutuel clerk or Hawthorne Race Course representative immediately.

q                  Inactivity (no rated play) for a 6 month period will result in forfeiture of your point balance.

q                  Cards and points are non-transferable.

q                  Lost, misplaced or stolen cards should be reported immediately to a Hawthorne Race Course customer service representative.  Duplicate cards will be issued with proper identification. After 3 lost or  misplaced  cards we will deduct 200 points.

q                  All rewards points earned on wagered simulcast and live races will accumulate in your account day to day.

q                  Available rewards may be redeemed any time on-site at Hawthorne Race Course with proper identification. You may select any combination of rewards equivalent to the total points earned. Limited availability on certain rewards.

q                  One redemption transaction per day.

q                  Hawthorne Race Course reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value in cases of product discontinuation.

q                  Player=s use of the Club Hawthorne card constitutes acceptance of these guidelines.

q                  Hawthorne Race Course reserves the right to modify, change or cancel this program at any time without prior notice.

q                  Hawthorne Race Course reserves all rights and has the final decision in all disputes.

q                  The Club Hawthorne card is the property of Hawthorne Race Course and may be cancelled or repossessed at any time.

Membership in Club Hawthorne is a privilege and may be refused, canceled, or revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the company.  Unredeemed points shall be forfeited and eliminated upon cancellation or revocation of membership.
